Are the leathers you use eco-friendly?

The leathers used for our collections are tanned in low-chrome

This tanning technique makes it possible to have beautiful leathers that are soft, resistant and good color fastness that respect the REACH international environmental standards"Chrome 6-free", our leathers have no presence of this harmful chromic agent and strictly prohibited by international standards. The tanneries we work with only use European pigments that guarantee health and environmental safety. In addition, because it is important for us to offer you top-quality products with no concessions for the respect of people and the environment, we work exclusively withcertified ISO Environment tanneries.

I have a crush on a bag but it is out of stock. Will it be available again soon?

Our collection is composed of permanent models with a restocking each season. So there is a good chance that your favorite bag will be back here very quickly. To make sure you do not miss it, subscribe to our newsletter to be informed of the restocking and to receive our exclusive offers.

What are your delivery times?

All orders are prepared and shipped with care from our Paris office within 48 hours (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). In case of rush periods, it may happen that it will be slightly delayed.Once shipped, the delivery time depends on the carrier selected.For information : 

 • Standard delivery: time estimation between 7 and 10 days

• Express: time estimation between 24-72 hours

I have not received my order yet. Where is it?

All shipping options offer real-time tracking of your delivery. 

In case of a delay in delivery, please contact the carrier directly with the tracking number received. If your package has not been delivered within 15 days of your order, please contact us.

I placed an order but I did not receive a confirmation email. Has my order been registered successfully?

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

This summarizes your order in detail and indicates that it "pending" preparation.If you have not received a confirmation email, we invite you to check if it's not in your spams

Otherwise, contact us and we will verify with you that your order has been validated.

I have already placed my order but I have just changed my mind about the color / model ordered. Can I modify my order?

Yes, it is possible if it has not yet been shipped. 

You can check the status of your order from your customer account. 

To modify your order, contact us and we will give you the procedure to follow to make the desired changes.

My order is to offer. Could you make a gift wrapping?

We hope your gift will please the lucky recipient!

Unfortunately, for the moment, we do not offer a "Gift" option and we are unable to offer you this service. 

However, given the number of requests, we are thinking about it very seriously!

How much does shipping cost?

We do offer FREE SHIPPING over 100$.

Otherwise :

• Fast & tracked shipping : 7,90$ shipping

• Express delivery : 29$ fixed cost for any order with UPS, DHL or TNT.

I made a mistake in my delivery address. What can I do?

Notify us quickly by contacting us without delay. 

If the order has not yet been shipped: we will change the address with you. 

 If the order has already been shipped: we will have to wait for the return of your order by the carrier. 

 Upon receipt, we will be able to re-send it to you, shipping costs remaining at your expense.

I have not received my order yet. Where is it?

I received my bag and I am delighted! How can I best take care of it?

We recommend that you waterproof your leather bag before use to protect it from stains and rain.

Repeat the operation regularly to continue preserving it. 


Leather is a natural and living material that evolves, changes color, softens, skates over time. 

This is what will make your bag unique and even more beautiful over time!It should be protected from moisture and prolonged exposure to too intense light or heat. 


To maintain your bag throughout its life, regularly give it a special nourishing leather cream (except for suede leathers). 


Be careful to always test any product on an invisible part of the bag to check how the leather reacts. 


For suede leathers, clean with a special "suede leather" eraser or brush to gently remove dust and dirt.

What is the product warranty?

Our products are guaranteed up to 6 months after the date of purchase for bags ordered online.

The Quality Guarantee covers what is undoubtedly a manufacturing defect and applies exclusively to the seams and fittings (clasp, buckles and rivets, etc.).
