1. SHIPPING

We are happy to deliver Australia, Canada, UK and USA with free shipping from 80$ order !

Orders are prepared and shipped within 48 working hours, except for promotional periods during which the time can be exceptionally extended. Orders placed after 2 PM (UTC+1) are dispatched the next morning (departure Day+1).

Standard delivery :

Express delivery :

• 29$ fixed cost for any order

• Express (24h-48h) & tracked shipping with UPS, DHL or TNT.

2. RETURNS
Except during sales or promotional periods, enjoy a 10 days "Loved or Refund" policy! 


Our Returns policy lasts 10 clear days from the delivery.

If 10 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange. 

To qualify for a return, your item must be returned complete, unworn, with its tag intact and its original packaging.To return a product, you must send us an email within 10 days of delivery, indicating the reason for the return and a picture of the product. You will receive an email authorizing the return with the procedure to follow to return the article to us within 7 days. 

• Any item that is not in its original state (new), incomplete, or showing signs of use will not be accepted. 

• Any item returned more than 7 clear days after the return agreement will not be accepted.


3. REFUNDS

Upon receipt of the return, and after inspection of the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we received it. 

We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, within 14 days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact the credit card issuer as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. .Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.If after completing all these steps you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@inadendesign.com. 


Sale items (if any) 

Only regular priced items can be refunded.Unfortunately, the sale items are not refundable but give rise to a valid credit on the e-shop. 


Exchanges (if any)

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged.If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same article, send us a preliminary e-mail to sales@inadendesign.com with a description of the problem encountered and a photo of the defect or damage identified. We will study the situation and, if necessary, send you the procedure to follow to return the article for exchange. 


Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and it was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.If the item has not been identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to first receive the item for you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. and he will know that you have returned the article. 


Expedition

Once your return request has been authorized, you must return the item by your own cost to the following address:  INADEN - 104 Avenue de la Resistance, Montreuil, 93100, France.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. 

If you return an item worth more than € 75, you should consider taking out delivery insurance as we will not be held liable for loss and / or damage. 

Damaged packages will not be accepted and will be returned to you by your carrier. 


We reserve the right to accept returns based on the status of returned items.
